Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you unders tand how our app deals with the personal information. You may occasionally provide to us via Internet (Apple Store & the Google Play Platform).
SUBOX built the CNS player app as an Ad Supported app. This service is provided by SUBOX at no cost and is intended for use as is. However, paid purchases can be made from within the app. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information if they have decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relati on to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service, which is accessible at CNS player unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information
We may ask for personal information — when you contact us — which may include one or more of the following:
- IP Address
- Advertising identifiers
- User's email adress
Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information
We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.
Children’s Privacy
We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
Information Collected and Used
For a better experience, while using our Service we collect falls into one of two categoris :
“voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.
“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using our app and its associated services.
“Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your device in the course of accessing our app and its associated services.
The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Link to privacy policy of third party service providers used by the app. Third-party service provide rs for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, advertising providers, professional advisors, and payment systems operators.

Log Data
When you access our servers via our app, we may automatically log the standard data provided by your device. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device type, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Additionally, when you encounter certain errors while using the app, we automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors, even in the moment they occur, that they have occurred, or what the nature of the error is.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
Device Data
Our app may access and collect data via your device's in-built tools, such as:

When you install the app or use your device’s tools within the app, we request permission to access this information. The specific data we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and the permissions you grant when you install and use the app.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Security
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security.
You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services. For example, ensuring you do not make your personal information publicly available via our platform.
Personal information collection period
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. For example, if you have provided us with personal information such as an email address when contacting us about a specific enquiry, we may retain this information for the duration of your enquiry remaining open as well as for our own records so we may effectively address similar enquiries in future. If your personal information is no longer required for this purpose, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
Updates the Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
Consent From You
Where you give us consent to collect and use your personal information for a specific purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the facilities we provide; however this will not affect any use of your information that has already taken place. When you contact us, you may consent to your name and email address being used so we can respond to your enquiry. While you may request that we delete your contact details at any time, we cannot recall any email we have already sent. Terms of Service
Effective February 18, 2022
These Terms of Service govern your use of CNS player and any related services provided by SUBOX. When you use CNS player, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from further using the app, accessing our website, or using any other services provided by SUBOX.
If you access or download CNS player from the Apple App Store, you agree to any Usage Rules which set forth in the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Store, you agree to the Android, Google Inc. Terms and Conditions including the Google Apps Terms of Service.
We, SUBOX, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page and notify you through the app. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.
Definition of terminology
The terms used in this agreement are as follows.
1. "Service" refers to all related services provided by SUBOX that can be used by users regardless of terminals (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and portable terminals).
2. The term "user" means a person who has accessed the service, has agreed to the terms and conditions, and has been granted a license to use the service provided by SUBOX.
3. “Nick-name” refers to the unique name (a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters) of users determined by users who agree to these terms and conditions and personal information processing policies and collected by SUBOX.
4. “Wallet” means a digital asset wallet owned and used by SUBOX to store digital assets linked to the user's account.
5. “Mining” means the act of a user obtaining digital assets through service use and activities.
6. "Transmission" means the act of sending digital assets obtained by a user through service use and activities to other users.
7. “Coin” refers to information that exists electronically in the blockchain, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, which can be traded in the service.
8. "Content" refers to information or materials in the form of online digital, such as signs, letters, figures, colors, voices, sounds, images, images, and images (including their box bodies) provided by SUBOX to users.
9. "Paid payment" means payment for purchasing content, etc. for a fee within the service.
10. "Paid content" means "content" that can be purchased for a fee through "paid payment."
11. "Upload" means the act of users posting online results of content through direct activities (e.g., photos and sound sources taken on a trip, sound creation, etc.). However, the results of such uploads should not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Age restrictions
There may be certain access restrictions placed on any under 13 years old users. You agree that if you assist users under 13 years old to access the CNS player or related services with your Mobile phones or the other facilities(whether owned, leased or borrowed) that you will assume full liability for any consequences and that under no cirsumstances inculding, but not limited to, negligence neither SUBOX, any third party content provider nor their respective agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inablity to use the App by users under 13 years of age, even if such party has been advised of the possiblity of such damages.

CNS player & SUBOX take no responsibillity for the links(except for the news on CNS player) to or from its mobile application and the inclusion of these links does not mean that CNS player & SUBOX endorses the material or content of these apps.
Limitations of Use
By using CNS player and our website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, any entity who you represent who has entered into these Terms of Service, and your users that you will not:
1. To modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer CNS player or any materials and software contained within CNS player or on our website;
2. To remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from CNS player or any materials and software contained within CNS player or on our website;
3. To transfer CNS player or any of its associated materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
4. To use knowingly or negligently CNS player and any of its associated services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service SUBOX provides;
5. To use CNS player or its associated services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
6. To use CNS player or its associated services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
7. To use CNS player to send unauthorized advertising or spam;
8. To collect user's data and any materials without the user’s consent; or
9. To use CNS player or its associated services in such a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.
Intellectual Property
SUBOX is the sole owner of all intellectual property related to CNS players' websites and mobile apps. Any content that SUBOX provides or will provide, such as text, artwork, graphics, design, logos, images, and data editing, is SUBOX's property. It is protected by Korean and international intellectual property laws. As a result, this content cannot be used for purposes or methods not approved by SUBOX.
User Rules
Uesers may be banned or accounts suspended or terminated on the entire mobile application if users use inappropriate language or inappropriate behaviour is not allowed on CNS player.
CNS player & SUBOX are not responsible for user content, postings, chat, and/or communications. Users are responsible for their own actions. You may download CNS player, to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device for your personal use only.
This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or these Terms of Service, and may be terminated by SUBOX at any time.
Automatic Updates
You give us permission to download and install updates to CNS player on your device in accordance with your privacy preferences. This permission can be revoked at any time by deleting CNS player from your device.
Legal Disclaimer
1. CNS player and the materials in CNS player and on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, SUBOX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
2. SUBOX accepts no reponsibility for any third party advertisements that may appear on CNS player mobile application.
3. In no event shall SUBOX or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use CNS player, our website, or any other services provided by SUBOX or the materials in CNS player, even if SUBOX or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
4. In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Currently, the coin you earn from using this service is a test net coin that is not recognized as a digital asset and can be initialized at any time depending on our circumstances.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing in CNS player or on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, SUBOX does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in CNS player or on our website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to CNS player and our website.
Notice regarding Apple
To the extent that you are using or accessing CNS player on an iOS device, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this clause. You acknowledge that these Terms of Service are between you and SUBOX only, not with Apple Inc. (Apple), and Apple is not responsible for CNS player and any materials available in CNS player. Apple has no obligation to furnish you with any maintenance and support services with respect to CNS player.
If CNS player fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the mobile application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to CNS player and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our responsibility.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to CNS player or your use of CNS player, including but not limited to (1) product liability claims; (2) any claim that our mobile application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (3) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that our mobile application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights.
You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using CNS player, including any Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Agreement of Service.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Service against you as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms of Service.
You hereby represent and warrant that (1) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (2) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your right to use CNS player and these Terms of Service immediat ely upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected. And you agree that SUBOX may change these terms and conditions at any time.
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
